Here is a list of 100 MLM Training videos plus 5 bonus videos. These videos from my past video series I created specifically for use in my blog, ChallenYee.com. They cover a variety of short subjects for people in the Network Marketing, Direct Sales or MLM space or considering the possibilities that their goals can be met through a these types of home based businesses. I figure one of you out there will find some value in this summary article.
At the bottom of this article you will see 100 video links and you can pick a topic that connects with you. I hope you find some help in your effort to run your own home business.
Before you search for a video, here’s some thoughts off the top of my head about the business you may find useful.
Network marketing is an option for anyone especially those who have an entrepreneurial spirit. If you can put your heart into it, you have no limits how far you can take it. The limitations are almost entirely internal to you; hence, that is why personal development plays a major role in network marketing. Once you get a taste of what it takes to create a successful business, you’ll begin to understand success has much to do with who you are as a person.
There are many ways to run a business but some core principles apply – have a vision, treat people fairly, run your business honestly and professionally, and have a burning desire to succeed and to do the work. You hear a lot about how you can begin and do it on your spare time, this is entirely true. Network marketing is something that you can “learn while you earn”. You hire yourself and only you can fire yourself.
No one other than you will determine how far and how fast you should conduct your own business – you are in the driver’s seat and you make the call. Your upline (or sponsor) should be there to help you, help answer your questions and concerns and give you a template to begin your LOW OVERHEAD business. Under no circumstances should you be in a habit stocking up on products that you cannot imminently use or sell.
Stock piling is the responsibility of your parent company, not for you. If you are, for example, in a health and wellness business or other perishable product business, keep in mind, products have expiration dates and you should have clear historical data that shows you can move the products you buy well before products expire. Remember, you stockpiling product is NOT a PROFIT producing activity and it steals from your future growth as you pile up DEBT in unsold inventory. You may feel like you are doing something productive, but you need to understand some basic business principles to avoid going broke for no good reason, like just because someone told you to. If you do not become the master of your own business, you can become the slave of someone else’s.
The only ways to make a profit solely as a network marketing representative are:
1) continued selling of products to customers and
2) sponsoring new customers and/or reps to help proliferate the use and purchase of products.
If you are trying to make money another way, you are not focused on network marketing. If you are making money doing anything else, like charging for becoming a coach, trainer, speaker or something else, that is not network marketing, that’s being a coach, trainer, speaker, or something else.
People who are not making their money through the company’s compensation plan are going out of the model to make money another way. There is no law against this, it’s very entrepreneurial, but as an aspiring network marketer seeking answers, wanting to focus on network marketing, you need to be aware and realistic about how you expect yourself to make money with your business. In my opinion, up-lines should not be charging their own downline members for support.
It’s important that you personally connect with the product, use it and believe and trust in the quality and benefits of the product.
The key metric to how serious you are in creation a recurring income is how many prospect “eyes” you are getting on your presentation, either per day or per week. There will be plenty of “no’s” and that’s normal, don’t expect otherwise.

Don’t harass, nag, and trick people. That’s an indication that you need to improve yourself and understand what it takes to build a sustainable business model. Much of this is about providing value to your marketplace and the ability to build relationships – long term relationships.
If you go for it, strive to be professional and take pride in what you do.
